Richard Fergusson Joins Manolete

Richard Fergusson joined Manolete in October 2025 and brings over three decades of experience specialising in insolvency and restructuring. He qualified as a solicitor in 1991, passed the JIEB exam in 1994 and has held an insolvency licence ever since. Richard is an affiliate member of the ICAEW and a fellow of R3.

He has held senior management positions in his two previous firms and also served as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in his last role.
 
Richard has a wide-ranging practice and has led on complex cases, including matters that reached the Court of Appeal. He is known for his proactive approach and collaborative working style, always focused on delivering strong outcomes. 

Based in Yorkshire, Richard has worked on cases throughout the UK. Outside of work, he enjoys walking, cooking and spending time with his family.
