Remembering Tracy Halson

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our much-loved colleague and friend, Tracy Halson.

Tracy joined Manolete in November 2014, when the business was just a team of three working from a small office in Buckinghamshire. Over the years, she played an invaluable role in our journey, helping to support the business through a period of extraordinary growth and change.

As Manolete Group Financial Controller and Office Manager, Tracy was at the heart of our day-to-day operations, overseeing our finance and administration with dedication, care and professionalism. But her contribution to Manolete went far beyond her role. She was part of the fabric of our business, and her commitment and support helped make Manolete what it is today.

Tracy once reflected on how much the business had grown since she joined, describing it as both exciting and a privilege to have been part of that journey. One of Tracy’s standout memories was seeing Manolete’s name illuminated on the screens at the Stock Exchange on the morning of our flotation in December 2018 - a moment that captured just how far we had come together.

Tracy was a joy to work with, a consummate professional and always tremendous fun. She was the heart and soul of the business, and her warmth and presence will be deeply missed.

Away from work, Tracy cherished spending time with her family and two grandchildren, as well as enjoying the theatre, travel and spending time with her many friends.

We will remember Tracy not only for her dedication and the important contribution she made to Manolete, but also for the part she played in our shared story over more than a decade.

During this very difficult time, our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Tracy’s family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with her.

Tracy will be greatly missed, and she will always be part of the Manolete family.
